After his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday morning, Luxon stated, “Prime Minister Modi and I had a discussion today where we outlined the path forward for the relationship between our two nations… We concurred that our defense forces should enhance their strategic cooperation through increased joint deployments and training sessions.”

The leaders further committed to promoting scientific collaboration on critical worldwide concerns such as climate change and space exploration. They also vowed to assist businesses in enhancing air connectivity and fostering cooperation within the primary sectors.

He stated, ‘We aim for our scientists to work together on worldwide issues such as climate change and business prospects like space exploration. Additionally, we are assisting our enterprises in enhancing aerial connectivity and fostering collaboration within the primary sectors.’

“India and New Zealand are so fortunate to live in one of the most economically dynamic regions in the world. The Indo-Pacific represents two-thirds of global economic growth in the coming years…India itself is at the centre of this exciting economic future,” he added.
