From March 17 to 19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the 10th edition of this event today. The main guest will be New Zealand’s Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, who will also deliver the keynotespeech.

Approximately 125 countries will be represented at the event by participants such as ministers, past Presidents and Prime Ministers, military officials, business tycoons, tech innovators, educators, reporters, specialists in strategy studies, prominent think tank contributors, and young individuals.

The theme for the 2025 edition is “Kalachakra – People, Peace, and Planet.” During this three-day event, global policymakers and leading thinkers will convene through multiple discussion platforms centered around six key themes:

(i) Disrupted Politics: Changing Landscapes and Increasing Waves;

(ii) Solving the Green Dilemma: Stakeholders, Locations, & Strategies;

(iii) Digital Earth: Actors, Systems, & Gaps;

(iv) Aggressive Commerce: Trading, Logistics, & Currency Dependence;

(v) The Leopard’s Story: Redefining Progress with Innovative Plans; and

(vi) Fostering Peace: Influencers, Structures, & Guiding Forces.

Over 3,500 attendees hailing from approximately 125 nations are set to join the Dialogue physically, with countless viewers across the globe expected to follow the event through multiple online channels.

The conference is organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs. Numerous institutions, organizations, and individuals are dedicated to its purpose and back this initiative.
