Those that draw attention from both motorcycle enthusiasts and people who don’t ride, regardless of their location. On the other hand, in certain areas, it’s the smaller-engine bikes (along with maxi-scooters) that serve as the go-to vehicles for daily use.
However, when it comes to middleweight motorcycles, they offer an ideal mix of enjoyment and functionality, making them perfect for those who want a ride that excels at multiple tasks. A grin appears when you think about performing such actions. Particularly with that distinct Acid Gold paint job, which is what I often spot. Therefore, it’s excellent news indeed that Aprilia isn’t just reintroducing the RS 660 to U.S. dealerships for 2025 but is also stepping things up significantly. Everyone, check out this stunning new 2025 Aprilia RS 660 Factory model.

If you’re acquainted with Aprilia’s factory motorcycles, you probably wouldn’t be shocked to hear that the RS 660 Factory boasts more than just fresh, stylish designs. Absolutely not; it also features an entirely adjustable Öhlins suspension sourced directly from Noale. Can you imagine that being available on a 660cc bike? It excites me quite a bit!
Viewers with keen eyes might spot that the RS 660 Factory shown above features a brand-new, full-color instrument cluster. This enhancement is part of updates shared by the standard RS 660 model for 2025, which also include redesigned aerodynamic winglets and a revised engine calibration (meeting Euro 5+ standards), delivering a stated output of 105 horsepower. Keep in mind that this motorcycle tips the scales at only 403 pounds when ready to hit the road.
The fresh 2025 bike models boast vibrant 2025 hues as well. Specifically, the RS 660 can be found in either Blue Marlin or Venom Yellow. Meanwhile, the RS 660 Factory edition will feature the exact color scheme and decals shown here. (Seriously, what more could it possibly need? Perhaps a golden frame—just an idea though.)

How does the pricing work? For the 2025 model, the Aprilia RS 660 has an MSRP of $11,649 in the United States. The more premium version, the 2025 Aprilia RS 660 Factory, comes with an MSRP of $13,999.
If you’re in Canada, Aprilia is also introducing the 2025 RS 660 for you as well. For our northern counterparts, the 2025 Aprilia RS 660 will be priced at CAD $14,295, whereas the RS 660 Factory model will set you back CAD $16,795.
