Emergency Services Rush to Scene as Ryanair Flight Returns to UK

Emergency services were observed encircling a Ryanair aircraft following its sudden return.
Manchester Airport
barely an hour since departure.

The Ryanair flight destined for Agadir, Morocco, departed from Manchester Airport at 4 PM on Sunday but returned to the same airport at 5 PM.

The aircraft was rerouted merely moments after takeoff.

The pilot allegedly performed nine loop maneuvers over the areas of Manchester and Wigan before returning to the original departure airport.

Aircraft movement data provided by FlightRadar24 indicated that the pilot initially turned left and headed northward across certain sections of southern Manchester before looping around the Wigan region.

A representative for Ryanair stated: “The flight departing from Manchester bound for Agadir (Sunday, March 16th) had to return to Manchester not long after departure because of a small technical problem.”

The plane touched down routinely at Manchester Airport and the passengers left the aircraft.

To reduce inconvenience for the impacted travelers, we promptly organized an alternative plane to undertake this journey, departing for Agadir at 17:05 local time on the same day.

We genuinely regret the inconvenience experienced by the passengers who were impacted.

A live stream of the landing posted by Drones and Planes on YouTube recorded the instant when the pilot landed in Manchester.

Flame fighters were seen encircling the aircraft in intense situations.

This apparently was a routine precautionary measure, though.
